Mirabelle Compote
Ingredients :
  • 320g of Mirabelle plums
  • Juice of three lemons
  • 100g sugar
  • 1.6g pectin
 Preparation:

Wash and cut the mirabelle plums in half and remove stones.
Cook over medium heat with the sugar and lemon juice until the pieces of Mirabelle have melted. Add the pectin which you have mixed beforehand in hot water, and cook around 5 min on low heat.
Pour the still hot preparation into sterilized (around 15 minutes in boiling water) glass jars with hermetic lids and close immediately.
