Tiramisu with crème de marrons and chocolate
Ingredients:
  • 500g mascarpone
  • 1 jar Comtes de Provence Crème of Marron
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 1 box of big sponge finger biscuits
  • 3 cups strong coffee
  • Powdered bitter chocolate
Preparation :

Prepare strong coffee. With an electric beater, whisk the sugar and the egg yolks. When the preparation is white, delicately add the Mascarpone.
Whisk the egg whites until firm with a pinch of salt. Delicately add the egg whites to the preparation.
Place a layer of sponge biscuits dipped in coffee in the bottom of a dish. Add a layer of Crème de Marron, the preparation and then a thin layer of cocoa.
You can double these layers. Place in a cool place for at least
