Sabine’s Cherry Strawberry Almond Roly

Ingredients for 6 people:

- 2 eggs.

60 g sugar.
-
50 g flour.
- 1 jar of « Les Comtes de Provence » Cherry and Strawberry with almonds
Mediterranean jam.

Preparation :

Whisk the eggs and the sugar until white, then add the sifted flour. Pour the preparation into a cake-tin. Bake in oven pre-heated to
180°C for 10 minutes.
Take out of the oven, turn out onto greaseproof paper, roll out the sponge, wrap in a damp cloth and leave to cool.
Unroll the sponge cake and spread the jam over it. Roll it up again and wrap it in cling-wrap. Leave in fridge for 1 hour, or even better overnight.
