gouter.jpgYour little ones have been nagging you for weeks. Their friends are all excited, too... And you, the mother, you’re still hesitating... But you know how much everybody has been waiting and that the decoration must good and the unavoidable tea party. For this exceptional afternoon, leave nothing to chance. Enrol your little ones in all the steps of the organisation of their birthday parties. A good training in how to be responsible!

- Plan some games where each child can take part in the collective fun
- Organize outdoor activities to build up an appetite
- Install the party and everything to go with it on a sideboard well before the guests arrive
- Fill your transparent jugs with fruit juices of all colours
- Display the puddings in small containers – easier to eat and more fun

Try something different. Keep away from the traditional chocolate cake. Try miniature pancakes, verrines of panna cotta and mini sorbets made with fruit purée.
