barbecue.gifBarbecue is the best companion of our greedy, intimate, relaxed moments as it allows us to cook outside, to make dishes which are both simple and full of flavour – not just appetizers!

Barbecues are synonymous with outdoors, friendship and simplicity, and we can satisfy our appetite for meat (red or white) and also fish and sea food in papillote or on kebabs. It gives dishes an exquisite smoked flavour and helps us to wait happily and contentedly for our meal.

Comtes de Provence has made a must of encouraging these priorities, by selecting the best side dishes for you!

This is a season for bold mixes, to wake up your senses and play with the Provencal accent of our region! Imagine...A shady terrace under the plane trees or under a shower of wisteria...A burning sun filtered by the cool leaves of a Virginia creeper... Cicadas as background music...What more can you ask for?

Start with a toast of tapenade style olive preserve, then serve your salmon / pineapple kebabs with our sweet pepper sauce and keep our tomato sauce with thyme and rosemary for the evening to accompany a rib roast grilled simply on the embers.
