Catherine ‘s Soft Orange Lemon and Grapefruit cake
Catherine ‘s Soft Orange Lemon and Grapefruit cake !

Time of preparation: 15 minutes
Time of cooking: 25 minutes

INGREDIENTS (for 8 persons) :
4 eggs
130 g of sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
120 g of flour
1 sachet baking soda
80 g of molten butter
300 g of Orange Lemon and Grapefruit Mediterranean Jam 

PREPARATION:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° , Separate the egg-whites, whisk the egg-yellows with sugar, then add the molten butter. Sieve the flour and the baking soda and incorporate into the preparation.  Whisk egg-whites until stiff and incorporate delicately besides. Pour half of this dough into your mould and cover with Orange Lemon and Grapefruit Mediterranean Jam, then add on the top the remaining dough.
Put in the oven for 25 minutes.
